Album Review: Drew Prince (Detroit, MI) – Weirdo’s Revenge EP

Weirdo’s Revenge EP is a great Underground Hip Hop listen.  Drew Prince, coming out of the Detroit area is breaking his own barriers when it comes to pushing a conscious type of sound rather than swagger gangster rap.  This 10 track EP offers all youth in the Detroit ares a great alternative to get influenced by great music rather being spoon fed by that commercial crap.  With a dope lyrical style, yet sounding young in his delivery clearly Drew Prince is a true up and coming MC.  The production on this project is great, along side a creative EP art cover which adds more presentation value.

tracks to mention on this EP are “Oddball (I’m SO Old)”, “Distractions” & “Bus Stop” tracks that easily gravitation and are my personal favorites.  Bringing back great Hip Hop that is so desperately needed in the Detroit area.  We always respect and appreciate true conscious Hip Hop MC’s and Drew Prince is a perfect example of just that………………@UGHHBLOG
