Travis Sutton Aka Kush Marley was born on Jan 24 1991 in South Jersey. Growing up in he always flooded himself in music. The first time he wrote a rap was in the 5th grade after his big brother beat him up. Once he wrote the rap he performed it in front of his whole family who then encouraged him to keep writing. Ever since then he never stopped. Growing as a teenager he fell in love with the battle scene. Battling people in his high school helped him become the best in his town. In the year 2009 Kush moved to Miami to pursue his Bachelors Degree in Marketing at Johnson and Wales University. Doing so he became the first person in his family to graduate from college. Breaking down doors and setting standards in life and in music is what Kush Marley is all about. Look out because he is coming.

What sets me apart from the next MC is the love and respect that I have for the culture. Hip Hop is a lifestyle that represents the struggles and success of the human being. Its our duties as rappers to convey the message of our people to the masses. I like to touch on every emotion that people feel on a everyday bases, from happy and in love to sad and depressed. You should be able to connect with an Mc through lyrics and I feel that people can connect with me .
