Tell us a little about yourself. Where you are from? How long have you been making Hip Hop together?

We’re from KC,MO, We’ve been doin this for bout 4 years

What influences you guys in making Hip Hop?

Hip-Hop in general, we’re heads. we love it

Describe your music, and what separates you from other MCs?

All of our shit is completely DIY, from the beats to the rhymes, everything. We recorded Back II Broke in our fuckin apartment. and we stand out because we build everything from the ground up

Who have you collaborated with? Who would you like to collab with in the near future?

We featured our boy 12OH3 from KC,MO. Bucket list- Prodigy, Raekwon, Sticky Fingaz to name a few. We like to aim high.

Your definition of “Underground Hip Hop”?

Anything against the grain. nothing you would here on the top 40’s chart or the radio. No plastic bullshit,

Production wise, who are your influences? Who does your production? And who would you like to work with?

As far as production goes we do everything ourselves from the drawing board. from diggin up a record from the local spot. Shout out to Zebedees. It’s Lost Analog   you know what it is. Our influences vary, Dj Premier, RZA, OH NO, Adrian Younge,  an on an on an on. it be cool to work with someone like Party Supplies, Dj Muggs, or Apollo Brown.

Any current or future projects you are promoting?

We jus put out Back II Broke, Brett SAVAGE an 12OH3 are finishing up a EP called “Take Back Tha Cave”, Should be out soon. Indigo Cain has a solo project in the works called “Time Machine”… We stay busy

Can you give us a brief description of the creative process of Back II Broke? Also/ what was the idea or concept description about your Album Art Cover.

Blunts and beer, and being BROKE. Everyday after work we’d meet at the spot and get to work. We made the whole album in like 3 months from start to finish. this is one of many to come… The cover is us at the liquor spot, short on change tryin to by some beer. In Indigo Cain’s hand is 13 cents, for the 13 tracks on the album. Basically it just represents being broke, and if anyone knows the feelin of diggin up change in your car to buy beer and sticks then you’ll get it. and between his fingers is the promo card for our last album “Verses ‘n’ Vice”, jus using every opportunity to promote.

Where can we find your music and info?
