Album Review: Antz (Santa Maria, CA) – What It’s Worth
Possibly one of the best 805 Hip Hop Albums for 2014. Straight from the outskirts of Los Angeles, CA Antz is a force by nature in this Indie Hip Hop scene. His latest release titled “What Its Worth” embodies all the elements of real underground Hip Hop. His voice and cadence is really unique, with a effortless flow yet filled with tons of substance and heavy passion for the art. His beats are really deep, melodic and organic to say the least. With real songs like “Then to now”, “Same Dude” & “Simple Life” Antz has shown us and the whole Hip Hop community that he is here to stay and he has just begun.
We hardly come across music from the 805, so for us its feels real good knowing that a true MC like Antz is holding it down on that side of town.
