Album Review: Lex – “Walk With Me” (EP)

Lex is a rising Hip Hop artist who has just released his latest project “Walk With Me” The EP which has been getting some great feedback since we posted it a few days ago. Maybe because its just “Good Music” to be honest. This EP incorporates 7 super solid tracks with some of the strongest beats we have came across for 2016. Lex has a fresh sound, cadence and originality that outshines like no other. Most importantly his passion and love for Hip Hop is heard in every lyric.

Not anyone can be a conscious Hip Hop artist, so for Lex Im sure it was important to stick with the roots of Real Hip Hop pay tribute to those pioneers in the past of Real Hip Hop.  “Caught Up” is a track that honestly put chills down my spine when I heard it for the first time. He spits about that real life shit and people can relate to it for sure! Also a track that was hard as hell was “Lifetimes Of The Middle Class” Ft. Jay Dee.

I could bump this whole project everyday and It wont get old. Overall this project will go down as a real Classic Record rather then a “One Hit Wonder” or Trend type of shit. Classic Hip Hop will always live!
