Papi Bang – “Godly” (Mixtape Review)
Rising Delaware / Florida based Hip Hop artist Papi Bang has definitely tuned thousands of heads recently, focusing attention to his latest mixtape release titled “Godly” remixing today’s hottest Reggaeton hits! His style might not be as original as some Hip Hop purist would say, but for today’s new wave of Hip Hop trap sound, he does deliver a different perspective to it! Songs like “Soy Peor” and “Diles” are my favorite picks on this mixtape! I love how he completely flips these remixes, really pulling it off! This mixtape has a total of 14 tracks that really deserve the listen from all Hip Hop heads!
This new Hip Hop sound that has evolved to what it is can’t be ignored neither hated on! I’m sick and tired of OG’s hating on these new kids, mainstream or underground really does not matter in 2017! I wish the auto-tune wasn’t on this mixtape, cause I feel it does not show the artists true talent in the voice.
