Top Floor Music Group recording artist Xavier is a fast-rising new L.A.-by-way-of-New Mexico star gaining a lot of attention with his new single, “Delinquents”. Produced by Beat Boy, directed by KevWithTheCam, Xavier hit the streets with the hooligans to pull a few dirty deeds on the road to get to the bag.

The 26-year-old is gritty, crafty, and impressive. “Delinquents” is the third release of the year by Xavier. Last year, Xavier caught the attention of his following with his popular, Apostrophes EP.
