Jehry Robinson & King Iso Drop Relatable “No Happy Days” Single/Video
Strange Music recording artist Jehry Robinson releases his latest single/video for “No Happy Days” featuring his fellow labelmate King Iso & produced by the Grammy® nominated Wyshmaster. The emotional & melodic song journeys through self-doubt combined with mental health struggles while simultaneously finding the light through the darkness.
Both emcees mix melodic rap with vocal harmony on the infectious & relatable song. ““No Happy Days” is really just an ode to feeling like nothing is going right and even when we look okay on the outside that is not always the case. The song dives into the mental health struggles a lot of us face daily & work to conceal. Overall, the inspiration for the song comes from the power of not letting that get in the way of your dreams & pushing forward no matter what it takes,” explains Robinson.
About the raw & impactful video, he says, “The music video for “No Happy Days” is a journey of self. The black rose I am holding represents the death of the fears & doubts I am referring to in the song. Although it might feel like a loss in the video, it’s actually both King Iso & myself gaining back the confidence & putting all self-doubt & pain to rest by the end of the video”.
