With the continued violence in our communities and the growing conflict between the Black and Brown we can no longer sit back and not address the young lives being destroyed. “Change” is hopefully the song that will be used as the rallying cry for those that choose to rise up against the violence or at least a song that will provoke thought in those that hear it. The artists on “Change” all have grown up in the Southern California inner cities, living amongst the gang violence and racial tension that suffocates today’s youth. Like I, they hope that you can use whatever influence you have to get this record played on the radio, podcasts, or where ever there are hungry ears that need “Change”.
