Almusic – Q&A Interview

Almusic, where are you from? And how did your artist name originate?

I am from Philadelphia and Almusic came from my friend named Raheem . One day while we were in his car, after work was done he thought it would cool to cool me that ,so that is how I got the name .BIMS(Believed in myself). I figure if I dont believe in yourself then who else will.

So we see you are a spoken word artist also. How those that influence your Hip Hop?

Old School rap/newer type music it depends.

We haven’t heard any music from you lately, do you have anything new in the works?

I am working on a track called Fly High its about betting the odds. Its not easy betting the odds but it has been done.

Anybody you would like to work with, feature and production wise?

Coming from a spoken word artist, what is your definition of Underground Hip Hop?

artists that are underground that are saying something that touches my heart.
