Hailing from the same California town, Oxnard, that brought Lootpack and Madlib to the world, Roc ‘C’ was first introduced to the world with his appearance on Oh No‘s (another Oxnard native) single “Move, Pt. 2” in 2004. This led to a signing with Stones Throw Records, which released his debut album.
