Winston Anthony – “Exclusive Interview” I.E.S. Edition

Dubbed “the most prominant hip hop artist to come out of New Zealand” by UndergroundHipHopBlog.com, Winston Anthony is creating buzz on a global scale. After his recent success with the Blank Canvas EP Winston Anthony was invited to perform at the prestigious Indie Entertainment Summit in Los Angeles, California. At the Summit he quickly became the topic of discussion having Christopher Ewin (runs IndieMusicChannel.com) say that he “stood out” in his music saying he was better than the beats he used, one of which being produced by Clams Casino(Trayvon).After performing an acapella version of “Trayvon” Paul Ryan (Hollywood correspondent for “Entertainment Tonight”) was blown away and stated that Winston Anthony was “going to be successful…. I just know that this artist is going to make a difference in a lot of peoples lives.” Winston Anthony has performed along side the likes of Phora, Reverie, Paws.One, Jae’O, Deach, TK Paradza and Raiza. Winston Anthony, now signed to Archon Records, is also apart of The White Rhino Collective (The collective which impressed Russell Brand so much that Russell himself asked them to play at his sold out Auckland show).
