Album Review: Durdy (Mississauga, ON) – “One Way Ticket”

A perfect definition of an Underground Hip Hop Record for 2014.  Durdy just released “One Way Ticket”, a raw organic fresh indie Hip Hop album, offering a great new perspective in the Canadian Hip Hop sound.  Right out the gate with “Be Alright” ft. Sese, a song that has a great message, content & substance.  His flow is truly unique, smooth and effortless with a solid lyrical style.  This project is definitely not about any BLING BLING BITCHES & HOES type of Hip Hop, rather this project offers true Underground Hip Hop rhymes and beats with features from HAVOC of Mobb Deep & STYLES P.

“Play wit’ Fire”, “Paradise”, “The Limit” ft. HAVOC, “Sonic Shots” ft. STYLES P & “Snow White” are true HEAVY HITTERS, really enjoyed listening to these tracks by Durdy.  Expressing himself truly from the heart, allowing his inner talent of Raw Hip Hop show on “One Way Ticket” Album will clearly make the Canadian Hip Hop scene take notice quick.  We recommend this Album to anyone who is looking for fresh Hip Hop for 2014!!!!!!!!!!……………….@UGHHBLOG
