E.T.’s sophomore LP, “FREE BASS” review:
An album solely comprised of one MC, and beats that compliment a particular lyrical style, E.T. is bringing the definition of independence in this release, FREE BASE. Many Hip Hop artists these days take pride in not releasing a complete album for free, but E.T.’s dedication to Hip Hop fans makes his integrity for very different. FREE BASE is meant to be free, and most importantly meant to be heard. With a smooth style flow, and production throughout the whole album, Hip Hop heads will have no problem getting hooked on songs like “99%ERS”, “MENAGE A TOIS”, & “FREE BASE.”
“Free Bass is an auditory journey through a mind of a man hooked on music. Music is a drug. Anyone who tells you otherwise is probably such a track junky the silence to ponder such things hasn’t whispered in their ears for years, which is a state I strive to be in everyday.” – E.T.
IF E.T.’S MUSIC IS THE DRUG, THAN HIP HOP IS THE DEALER! – UndergroundHipHopBLOG.com
