Album Review: Stretcherous – “High Strangeness”
STRETCHEROUS out of the Bay Area released his latest Album High “Strangeness” which is a complete MASTERPIECE. This 11 track album consists of hardcore, conscious and real articulate rhymes with some insane beats. “Destined 2 Rep” Ft. Ruste Juxx is a super hard track that embraces all the angles of true Underground Hip Hop along with a legendary feature Artist. What stands out to me the most is STRETCHEROUS’s smooth and consistent cadence and sound with his vocals which is an element that has to be in a dope album for it to shine. Not too much MC’s out of the Bay is repping like STRETCHEROUS, allowing his underground skills to spread to the whole Bay Area and across the nation.
One of my favorite tracks on this Album is “A Good Day To Die” & “Troubles Man” and this is not to corner any song on this album, But these 2 songs hit me really hard and made me appreciate Indie Hip Hop even more. A great Album cover always works as well. It’s very catchy and it made me to looking at all the characters on it which honestly motivated me to listen to this project more faster. Overall this Album is a COMPLETE 100% Raw Hip Hop Album from one of the dopest MC’s out of the bay area.
This 11 track Album is a must download for all Hip Hop heads out there. Dont sleep on this Album or else you will regret it!!!!!!!!!!!! Once you give it a listen you will be instantly HOOKED!!!
