Strong A.R.M. – “Bet’cha Didn’t Know” (Single Review)
New York City is known for it’s gritty street Hip-Hop; however, last year the birth place of Hip-Hop took a new direction in music and incorporated more dancing in the streets. Brooklyn-native Strong A.R.M. appears to be one of the game changing new school talents eager to usher in a new era of hits with his brand new singles “That’s Gangsta” and “Bet’cha Didn’t Know”.
“Bet’cha Didn’t Know” is apart of a 2-pack feature in promotion of the upstarter’s forthcoming album, creatively-titled, ‘Strongulation 2’. The best of the two, “Bet’cha Didn’t Know” is a surprising single filled with Strong’s well put together clash of genres under his party starting lyrics.
Heavily swift bass driven, the production on this new effort is the perfect wave. The alliance between the production and lyricism is an undoubted hit that is an awarding treat for both fans and Strong himself. Heavily engulfed in Dance, the production’s bounce is infectious and has you move your feet instantly no matter what background of music you come from. Opening the door for endless possibilities of traditional Hip-Hop and EDM mergers.
