AWALL (The Bronx, NY) – Real Nigga
Bursting onto the scene and overflowing with talent, AWALL is sharing his gifts as an entertainer, rapper, actor and writer with the world gaining him a strong following. AWALL was born October 29 and is a son of hip hop’s birthplace, The Bronx. The youngest of six children, AWALL was raised in the Soundview section of the Bronx and was blessed with the gift of writing.
His love of music comes from his mother and father, who always played jazz and R&B at home. AWALL’s father also played the drums. During his childhood, AWALL began showcasing talent in his church’s children’s choir. He enjoyed artists like Bobby Brown and MC Hammer, however, it was in high school where AWALL began sharpening his skills as a lyricist and pursue hip hop.
He discovered his talent as a rapper when he saw other kids at school rapping during lunch. AWALL started writing rhymes and rehearsing at home and dominated freestyle battles. He battled other young rappers in school earning respect among his peers with his gift of creatively using words. After high school, AWALL freestyled while working an overnight job. His co-workers advised him to begin taking his talent seriously. AWALL soon entered the studio and recorded his first song, “Nigga Like Me.”
Today, AWALL continues to flex his verbal muscles and make his mark on the entertainment scene. His music primarily consist of lyrics about everything from life’s struggles to love and relationships. Songs in his current catalog include “Real Nigga,” “Hurt” and “No Worries.”
A sensation on Instagram with thousands of followers, AWALL is known as @the_real_mr_hehe where he posts comedic photos and videos including his show “The Next Great Rapper” made up of short clips where he plays various characters. Never letting go of his gift of writing, AWALL also pens poetry and short stories.
