Minnasota Phats hails from Parkslope, Brooklyn. The Philly born Brooklyn native grew up in a musically inclined family which cultivated his artistry and later fueled his pursuit of becoming the Next Big Thing. At age 10, Sota began writing rhymes and performing for his older brother and current manager, by age 16, Ruff Ryder A&R’s were scouting the young talent.
Sota’s younger self searched to find a unique sound dropping several mixtapes which have increasingly documented his development as an artist
Today the Bank Boyz movement has snowballed developing increasing momentum musically and as a brand….. Mixtapes, shirts, hats and live performances resonant of the Roc days reminds fans of versatile hip hop and Further solidifies his Brooklyn, Bankin! climb to the top.
The Bank Boyz movement consists of various supporters and integral parts of the musical movement, currently consisting of 35 members but growing exponentially each day evidenced by the sale of paraphanelia….. Keep watch because the Next Best Thing is gaining ground!
