Black Cloud Music presents a new music video from southern California emcee/producer Curtiss King for his tribute to his mother “Doorknobs” ft. Faimkills (Directed by CB4TOS).
The video marks the 4th official music video release from King’s debut album “Atychiphobia (The Fear Of Failure)” now available on iTunes.
Short Description by Curtiss King:
Without a doubt the most influential individual in my life has been my mother. She taught me how to treat people with a genuine respect and how to have empathy for others even while we go through our own trials.
I get my goofy sense of humor from my mother. I get my respect for women from my respect for my mom. My mother bought me my first recording equipment even though it kept her up till 3am and she had work the next morning. Sacrafices such as that make me go harder in my profession, in hopes that one day I’ll be able to buy her the mansion she deserves. I never made an entire song dedicated to my mom because I always felt I wouldn’t be able to find words worthy enough of her worth to me.  Somehow someway I found the right words with the assistance of my labelmate FaimKills on “Doorknobs
” – Curtiss King
“Mama today I sold a beat, so that’s a doorknob on your mansion”
