“We On” from Dreamon’s debut album “Dreams Come True” out October 25th. Behind the stage name Dreamon we find the 22 year old Anthony Osumanu Vartdal. The talented artist has long been considered one of the absolute most promising names in Norwegian hip-hop, and has been working on his craft since the age of 14.
In 2010 he released the mixtape The Dreamix free on the Internet and quickly got several newspapers and websites to draw comparisons to Drake and proclaim him the next big name in Norwegian hip-hop. A hype supported by rock-solid live performances.
Performing as warm-up act work for artists such as Nicki Minaj, J. Cole, Kid Cudi, Talib Kweli, layed the groundwork for the highly rated solo performances touring the country in 2012. Even the Crown Prince of Norway is a big fan of Dreamons show and music.
Following a string of hit singles Dreamon signed to Cosmos for his debut album due out this fall. With help from producers who have worked with the likes of The Weeknd, Drake, Rick Ross and more, Grammy winning technicians and some of Norway’s best musicians Dreamon’s debut is set to put Norwegian hip-hop on the map.
