Drew Bolden is about as unconventional as an artist can be. He’s an aspiring filmmaker with a lyrical talent that he’s been expressing since the age of 14. Moving from Pittsburgh at the age of 2 Drew spent most of his life in Atlanta Ga. His father is a seasoned guitarist of more than 30 years and Drew would frequent his father’s studio inside the basement. While Drew had an amazing knack for wordplay and clever lyricism he knew this was only a small part of a bigger picture. It wasn’t until he worked hard enough to purchase his first camera, that he knew he had found the perfect blend of artistic freedom and creativity. In the director’s chair he was home. Combining both audio and visuals he paints his art with a deep love and realness that has to be seen to be believed.
