FEXX born and raised in Los Angeles, California currently calls the I.E home. FEXX aspires to reach limits the greats before him reached. Once those limits are reached FEXX plans to surpass them with what he calls “Rat Pack Cool”. He plans to start from the ground up in an attempt to reach the sky.
