Hailing from Lancaster, Pennsylvania..known for it’s vast farmland and famous Auntie Anne’s soft pretzels comes two young 21 year old kid’s known as the duo “Jbre x Dougie Kent”. They met at college over a conversation in the gym. After making a free mix tape for their couple hundred fans to download, the two didn’t give up and started opening for acts such as Wale, Mod Sun, G Eazy, and DMX. Balancing an education and long nights in the studio, they’re fan base started growing as people started having more faith in their future with the release of “Pour A Shot”, an outtake of their debut album coming out fall of 2013. After releasing their first single off the album “After Hours” and gaining thousands of fans as a promising result, July 1st 2013 brought their second single “Ridin” with artist Flesh n Bone of the Bone Thugs-N-Harmony. Jbre and Dougie deliver fans with an old school feel track produced by Pittsburgh’s Big Jerm complementing the throwback sound digging deep into the roots of Flesh n Bone’s old school sound.
