Toronto, Canada: Elcee (Pronounced like the initials L.C.) is working with a collective from Virginia known as JetPacks.
Elcee recently came in contact with Keys N Krates project “Lucid Dreams” which contains heavy bass beats with an Indie Electronic feel. He appreciated the project heavily and chose to add vocals over the second track from the project “Dreamyness“.
