Madchild Releases New Single “Sharp Shooter” & Announces New Tour

Juno Award-winning rapper Madchild has released his new single “Sharp Shooter” from his upcoming untitled album, set to release later this year. The new single sees Madchild returning to his roots with producer C-Lance (Merkules, Vinnie Paz). The hip-hop veteran will also be hitting the road across Canada for a full tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of his sophomore album “Lawn Mower Man,” which was recently released on opaque yellow vinyl as part of Record Store Day.

Madchild will end the tour with a special Swollen Members reunion show on July 27th at the Hollywood Theatre in Vancouver, BC, for the inaugural SwollenFest. Swollen Members will take the stage for the first time in over six years, alongside performances by Moka Only, Talib Kweli, Casual, Junk, DJ Flipout, and more.

Swollen Members will then return to the United States on August 17th at RhymeFest alongside Atmosphere, Living Legends, The Alchemist, Visionaries, Freestyle Fellowship, Funkdoobiest, Project Blowed, and more. The performance will mark the first time Swollen Members have performed in America in nearly a decade.
