Maniac Mayne – “Who Is Maniac Mayne” EP

Hip Hop artist Maniac Mayne Formerly known as “Young Mayne”, was the first artist signed to Killachef Record’s indie label in 2008. He departed the indie label shortly after the passing of his mother in 2009. However due to the 5 year agreement made with the indie label it made it difficult for the artist to release any music under his former alias (Young Mayne). He is now legally out of his contract and is continuing his career as an MC under a new alias (Maniac Mayne). Growing up in Broward County, FL he made a name for himself as a lyricist by his enthusiastic freestyles before his performances and for his diversity on the mic. He has formed his own indie label with his long time associate Kie Money of Smart Stunnaz Music Group (SS) titled “GMC Entertainment” and has recently released an EP under this label. His EP titled “Who Is Maniac Mayne” was released on SoundCloud May 2015 and his intro titled “Maniac” has been making some “buzz” in the streets since its release. He has recently been featured in Complex Magazine for working with Lui Diamonds of Awful Records (Record Label of Atlanta rapper, “Father”) on an EP regarding Lui’s experiences in South Florida. Maniac Mayne was recently a part of an interview regarding Broward County, FL on Noisey (Vice’s Music Channel) which is scheduled to be aired on A&E, along with his associates Robb Banks and Kie Money. Not much has been known about this artist since the starting of his career, besides this. However, he seems to be kicking down doors a lot faster than most. Who is Maniac Mayne? I guess that is something we are all waiting to find out.
