With his new album, no caps, due out this fall, Brooklyn-based producer maticulous gets things started with the project’s debut leak, “Home Goin’.” It’s a neck-breaking slapper featuring a dope guest appearance from Detroit’s own Guilty Simpson, who weaves a tale of a neighborhood viewing of a pimp/player’s funeral. The track is anchored by maticulous’ incredible production, which is the perfect setting for his guest to rap about what it’s like to go into a viewing service and see a cast of characters with their varying thoughts of the deceased OG. “Home Goin’” is available now through your preferred digital retailer or streaming platform. In addition to Guilty, no caps includes a strong line-up of guest appearances by Homeboy Sandman, Skyzoo, Breeze Brewin, Uptown XO, yU, and more.
