I’ve been writing political/conscious raps for almost 4 years now (ever since i left high school) and I’ve only been improving. i got on my first mic at the age of 13 freesyling to eminem’s “lose Yourself”. My mother inspired me to do conscious rap, she said “what ever i choose to do just don’t make our people more ignorant then they already are, open their eyes!” and thats exactly what i set out to do.“
