About TKO Tamanji:
Born “Tamarakoro Ogedegbe” on December 14, 1989, he is a Nigerian born/Atlanta based rapper and record producer who recently inked a partnership with a Venture Capitalist Group and affiliation with HoodRich Entertainment (Rich Homie Quan, Dj Spinz, DJ Scream, DJ Swamp Izzo) to promote his music based on his brand’s potential and sheer gifting as a talented/creative artist.
Known for his lyrical dexterity and knockout messages, Tamanji is one of the new school rappers on the quest to bring “real” hip-hop back. In summer 2012, TKO launched his global musical campaign and has performed alongside hip-hop acts like Jim Jones, Trinidad James, Cash Out, With appearances at SXSW 2013, Mix Show live in Las Vegas, and ATL’s Hot 107.9’s Birthday Bash Block Party.
He shot his first ever video “Shawty Looking for Love” in Los Angeles with cameo appearance by old school hip-hop cult classic superstar Christopher Ried (Kid from KidNPlay) and a sequel video “MHWG” in Dallas to the campaign of his new project “Pain2Champagne”.
His first official single “Just 4 Da Kicks” has had great reviews from DJs’ across the country and other regions around the globe, followed by lots of live/online radio rotations, club spins both in the local ATL/Dallas clubs which in return landed his first national radio interview at Foxie 103 Jamz in Augusta, GA.
His 2nd Single “Still Ain’t Enough” is taking a life of it’s own which stems to be the rise of his career as a Hip Hop artist, Song writer, Producer and Revolutionists of his time. His new project “Pain2Champagne” is available on iTunes and over 30 digital stores worldwide with a Mix tape on it’s way.
