“HalLISTENation” is a 15 track mixtape by Flynnfluence, an artist based out of the Tampa Bay area. The tape pulls from recent experiences in the life of the artist, while combining them with thought provoking lyrics (often witty) at a variety of different paces. The overall feel of the body of work is sort of methodical or psychedelic if you will, with random changes of pace and flows. It draws from the inspiration of artists such as Chance the Rapper, Talib Kweli, CL Smooth, Mac Miller, Childish Gambino and many other artists that may fit the same criteria.
