Cecil Otter – “Dear Echo” (EP)

“Dear Echo”, new EP by longtime Doomtree crew member and Minneapolis native Cecil Otter.  Marking his first new collection of solo material since 2008, it seems like he mastered his craft with his crew along the years and released his best material to date.   The six-track EP includes three brand new songs alongside their accompanying instrumentals, with production, songwriting, and vocals masterfully handled by Cecil himself.
