Album Review: “Something About Larry” Showboat Blastoff

The most unorthodox, weird, spontaneous and straight up WILD underground Hip Hop album we have come across.  Showboat Blastoff is based out of Chicago, IL representing a completely different sound of indie Hip Hop.  With the usual overstated Chief Keef Hip Hop scene and imitators, “Something About Larry” The Album definitely has separated itself as a unique project to say the least.  Honestly every song I have no idea what he is talking about, but maybe Showboat Blastoff intended exactly that for all the listeners that come across the project.

The talent is definitely there, the beats are on point and most importantly his presentation and character is far more respected obviously knowing his true identity.  Much respect to Showboat Blastoff for not allowing the outside distractions of the usual Hip Hop norm to influence his sound, most importantly he is ORIGINAL………………….@UGHHBLOG
