Kush McCloud (Canada) – “Pretend” ft. Mizz Ivy

At an early age his family moved to Mississauga and made that their home city for 16 years. His family then moved out to Oakville where he finished out his High School at T.A Blakelock. Kush McCloud dropped out of high school in grade 11 and moved to Collingwood for a a couple months then returned to Oakville for a short period of time. At the age of about 20 he moved to Toronto for several years and thats when he really started writing. At that time he was unsure what he would do with all the new written material, but still just continued to write. While in Toronto, Kush McCloud got hit with a Felony and spent some time in MapleHurst Correctional Facility. He was then put on house arrest for about a years time where he continued to write again. This time he found his lyrics to be a bit more dark and angry and put allot of his past aggression into his lyrics. In 2005 Kush McCloud dropped his first song “Look Thru These Eyez” under the name Omega and continued to drop more songs and lyrics under that name. In 2010 He wrote some new music under the name Kush McCloud and he has never turned back. He has now become a force to reckon with in the City of Mississauga. He has articles in the Mississauga News, He’s on Youtube, He promotes shows, Has a strong following on Twitter, and had his music accepted in to an upcoming movie and 2014 Olympics. Kush McCloud has opened for such artists as Jadakiss from LOX & D-Block, Sean Price from 90’s rap group Heltah Skeltah and also Raekwon of Wu-Tang Clan.
