N’Sayne – “No Windows” (Album)
No Windows is a reflective story, detailing events that take place in the life of a 16 year old N’Sayne in 2011. N’Sayne expresses a linear tale of love, pain, drugs, and the loss of friends to all of these things. The story begins in a meeting of unknown company as he begins to tell his story. A story that consists of a young man’s contradictions, conflicts, and hypocriticism.. stumbling down the path to becoming who he is today. No Windows is a concept album, that takes the listener through highs and lows. Expect everything from 808 laced slow ballads to club bangers and hard-EDM infused songs. It is a journey that will be long remembered and enjoyed by new and old fans alike.
Jameson Prescott Bogan Allen (born June 25, 1993), better known by the stage name N’Sayne and other aliases and alter egos, is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, violist, saxophonist, and recording engineer. N’Sayne was born in Flint, MI. His parents later moved to Grand Blanc, a small community, in the Flint-area. It was here that he attended Grand Blanc Community High School where he experimented with countless sports, instruments, and activities until he discovered that music would be his love, his career, and his destiny. As a child, he won numerous local talent shows in Pontiac and Detroit as a singer, long before he began listening to Hip-Hop.
Spreading thin, he abandoned his extracurricular activities, lost interest in playing his musical instruments, and quit the Football and Track & Field teams that he’d once been a key player. It was all for the love of the game of Hip-Hop. It was at this same time that N’Sayne began to stray away from his upbringing, experimenting with negative influences and associating with the wrong people. Inspired by the likes of Lil Wayne, Kanye West, 2Pac, J.Cole, and Drake, a young N’Sayne studied everything he could about Hip-Hop. He thus created a unique and diverse style of music that breaks the mold. His music expresses the realities of life, the good and the bad. in a one-of-a-kind and relatable way. Due to his ability to make many styles of music, he has been compared to many great acts including the likes of Kanye West, Drake, Childish Gambino, Frank Ocean, J. Cole, and a few others. From conceptual records to ballads to club bangers, he does it all while remaining to true to who he is. N’Sayne cares about nothing more than building a relationship with his fans in and outside of his music.
The love he gets from his fans and supporters is the reason that he is here today. That’s who he does it for. After 4 independently mixtapes, his highly anticipated debut album “No Windows” is slated for release on September 23, 2014
