Smarty All Crazy (New Jersey) – “Already” ft. P.O. (Official Video)

Smarty All Crazy, given the name after graduating high school at 16 and for his crazy unorthodox flow, has been buzzing in New Jersey since 2006. By having such a distinct flow and high energy production, Smarty has been able to catch the attention of the garden state by consistently delivering songs with sarcastic punchlines and melodic hooks.   Due to his heavy online and street promotion, Smarty has been doing shows from New Jersey, New York, Boston, Philly and has been considered “a problem” by industry insiders.

After seeing how New Jersey had been missing from the spotlight Smarty began “repping” Jersey every time he had the chance to and gaining new fans along the way.  In 2006 he featured on a record called “the Elmo” which made its way to the Hot 97 offices the very next day after performing the song for then morning show host Dj Envy.  “The song took off so fast and we did not have any guidance on how to capitalize off of the short success” Smarty explains. His biggest influences include Cam’ron, Eminem, Ludacris, and the late Ol’ Dirty Bastard.

In late 2013 Smarty All Crazy managed to perform his current single “Already” for Compound Ent.’s Santos Garcia, the Senior A&R for r&b singer Neyo’s label to overwhelmingly great feedback. Soon after he was contacted by producer Keonthetrack (F.L.Y.’s ‘Swag Surfin’, Tamar Braxton) about a possible production deal. Smarty’s goals for his music career are extremely high and he is confident that with the support of his following he will make a profession out of his talent.

He is currently in the studio finishing up his new project ” “Smartiac Arrest 2 The Ep” and just the released the video to “Already”.  With his street radio anthem “Already” gaining momentum, he is setting up for a promotional tour of the east coast, the south, and west coast through out 2014.  Smarty’s goal is to make everyone a little All Crazy!
