Third Mind (New Jersey) – Vision Quest (Official Music Video)

New Jersey rap trio Third Mind took form in 2011 when rappers Grimace and deScribe combined forces with producer/DJ Alex Trevelyan. The group has since steadily been releasing material via their soundcloud in addition to playing shows all over the Tri-State area. Their sound can’t be pinned down to one specific genre, as they have influences from all over hip-hop – from Houston screw, to New York boom bap, to Atlanta trap music. This amalgamation of different influences leads to a unique end product, as seen in their new visual “Vision Quest”. As if that wasn’t enough, they also recently released a collaboration with Curtis Williams of Two-9, called “Real Thing”.
