ACE – “Made Men” Ft. Ca$his (Prod. By DJ Pain 1)

Austin “ACE” East, aka “Red Spade” was born in Tyler, Texas on December 10, 1992.  ACE’s family was extremely poor, and would move from city to city a lot while his parents worked.  At 6 years old, ACE and his two little brothers were thrown into foster care and faced the threat of being split apart from each other and being sent to other families to live.  After some issues were dealt with in court, the Court allowed him and his little brothers to be adopted by their grandparents on their father’s side, who lived in Kentucky.  At an early age, ACE had seen a lot of struggles within his immediate family that bothered him, so he began writing poetry.  Inspired by emcees like Eminem, Method Man, Nas, Jay Z, and Rakim, ACE would try to turn his poetry into poorly written raps that would eventually get better and better as he got older, focusing on lyrical structure and raw delivery.  In high school, ACE met a friend who had a studio in his basement where ACE and Tyler Louis recorded a few songs to pass around the school.  Once he got a buzz in school, ACE began perfecting his craft and molding his sound into the midwest persona mixed with his southern roots that would eventually make him, “Red Spade”.  Through networking ACE had a chance to work with 50 cent’s company “Street King”, recording a promotional radio ad that was used to promote the brand online.  After working with 50’s team, he quickly gained an online presence and started working with other artists and producers, such as DJ Pain 1 and Ca$his. After releasing his first single, “Made Men” with the former Shady Records artist, ACE got the attention of super producer JStaffz, who quickly cosigned the Kentucky Emcee and forwarded his information to “The University”, a distribution company based out of Los Angeles, CA.  ACE plans to release his debut project, “iLL Fated” with production from DJ Pain 1, JStaffz, and other well known producers as well as some dope features in early 2014.
